Three months back, the engine failure in the mid air had brought these two superjumbo jets for an exhaustive check. The jets engine problem fixed with the help of Airbus and Rolls-Royce, the maker of the Trent900.

According to Rolls-Royce, the engine got problem because a greater thrust is used during the time of take off and another reason may be a greater fuel load. But investigators point of view, the 4th Nov 2010 incident occurred due to an oil leak that caught fire in the engine.
