In coming few days, a new Alfa Romeo MiTo supermini with mid-life facelift will arrive in the showrooms. In May it will go on sale, it has revised and simplified trims with improved equipment levels and some new engine.

It also new sub-100g/km CO2 version that means it is the latest car to offer free road tax green focused model. It has been introduced in a new distinctive new color ‘Metal Bronze’. And its interior can be matched to new ‘Sprint Bronze’ interior.

The range of models has been slashed from 17 to nine. There is new engine introduced the 1.4-litre 78hp 8v that replaces the former 1.4-litre 95hp 16v. You can say it is a new budget engine with lower emissions better addition of stop-start and MOG.

The new facelift Alfa Romeo MiTo gets a new 1.4-litre MultiAir 105hp, while there is a new diesel variant also available with 1.3 JTDM-2 produces 85hp and emits just 95g/km CO2.

Prices of the new Alfa Romeo MiTo Range start at £12,250 for the 1.4 78 Progression, and stretch to £17,955 for the 1.4 TB MultiAir 170 Quadrifoglio Verde.
