Apple has launched its most awaited iPad 2 in India on Friday. The launch is just a month later from the American launch of iPad 2.  In America it has been a great success and now company is planning to convince potential Indian customers. Let us look at the features of iPad 2:

One of the sales assistant in India overwhelmed with the response said that device will be a great success in India. “The reaction from customers has been fairly good. We have sold 15 units since morning.”

You can get this iPad on paying handy amount of 29,500. It has 16GB of memory card and works on Wi-Fi network. And if you are looking for some more advanced version like an iPad with 3G network and Wi-Fi both, you will have to pay an amount of 36,900. This device also opens the way for the customers to choose between 16 GB, 32 GB or 64 GB.

HIS iSuppli a research firm Research firm estimates that Apple will import a minimum of 39.7 million units in India by the end of this year.

The first iPad sold in India a year ago saw an extraordinary sale of 300, 000 units on the very first day. It was followed by 500, 000 and 1 million sales in week and month respectively.
