The New Aprilia Caponord 1200 Unveiled

Aprilia unveiled a new road oriented dual sport tourer “Caponord 1200”, the long anticipated bike designed to give a strong competition in the market to its rivals including Ducati’s Multistrada 1200.

The Caponord 1200 was showcased at the Piaggio Group’s annual dealer convention in Monte Carlo. The bike is based on the existing Dorsoduro and its badges for its dual-sport models.

This bike is sharing similar frame (part steel and part alloy design) and suspension. Also it has similar DOHCV-twin engine. The company targets long distance touring machine so they have designed it accordingly.

Let’s see what the riders will find from this new power tourer.
