Baby Left In Car At 110 Degrees On The Hottest Day Of The Year

A baby as old as six weeks faced a near death experience when his parents went shopping leaving him alone in a car. The incident took place on Tuesday the hottest day of the year till now.
Outside the temperature was fine at 94 degrees however the temperature inside the car rose to shocking 110 degrees. Rosa Dejesus Perez – Siguencia, 35, and Angel Rigoberto Garcia – Tapia, 34, negligently left the child in the car and went for shopping in a Northeast Minneapolis CVS.
They were buying products in a pharmacy for 20 minutes or so when somebody saw the baby crying in terrible condition and informed the police.
The baby was immediately taken to a Children’s Hospital in that place. The baby has recovered from the incident and is in stable condition, however, any hidden permanent damage to his body can not be ruled out. Child protective services are taking care of the child.
The parents have been arrested and booked in Hennepin County Jail on child negligence basis. The parents were very regretful about the incidence. The police said that it is very possible that they will be given the custody of their child again.
