Billionaire Gives Wings To His Dream, All Set To Enter The Space Race
Paul Allen, the Microsoft co-founder is all set to enter in the space race with his dream project. He plans to make the biggest ever plane and use it for launching rockets.

It is said that the plane will take off in a normal manner. On reaching 9144 meters it will be able to launch rockets which in turn could carry supplies, satellites and even people. It is believed that the first launch will be possible by the year 2016.
It is said that the plane which will be build by Paul Allen’s new company, Stratolaunch Systems, and it will be heavier and larger than the Spruce Goose (the record setter flying boat by Howard Hughes which flew only once). It is sure to dwarf even the Airbus A380, the largest commercial passenger aircraft.
Mr Allen said that this is one of his dreams and he is way too excited for it. He added that with a decrease in the government funded spaceflights, new doors have opened for the private players.
He said that his effort will also help America to stay ahead in the niche of space exploration, especially at a time when NASA has put a full stop on its space shuttle program and has scrapped its plans to return to the moon.
Though now it will have to rely on Russia for launching its astronauts to international space station.
It is to be noted here that there are certain other billionaires in the race who have already jumped in like Mr Richard Branson who plans to fly the tourists to the space via his Virgin Galactic.
