A Bowl of Cereal Is The Best Morning Meal: Research Says

A research study conducted in this regard considers breakfast as the key for healthy life. Our full day’s nutrition level is decided by the breakfast we have. Despite that, breakfast is a neglected meal.
If you think that breakfast makes you fat, you are absolutely wrong. Breakfast doesn’t have a fattening effect on body provided you make a wise choice. A bowl of cereal in morning is the best way to start our day.
The study has been conducted by Sigrid Gibson, a well-known nutritionist. He says that cereal is rich in various nutrients like calcium, protein, carbohydrates and fiber. But cereal is taken with only 39% of the breakfast. As against this, tea and coffee are preferred with 84 % of the breakfast.
Chris Seal, a member of breakfast Panel says, “People who eat breakfast cereal generally eat less fat, saturated fat and sugar than those who do not and have better intakes of protein and important micro-nutrients, such as iron, vitamins and calcium.”
