Desk Jobs, Dangerous For Your Health

It is news that can concern a lot of desk worker. Recent study has suggested that those with desk jobs should do exercises while sitting. It will be very beneficial in long run. The research was published in journal Men’s Health. It cautioned all those who sit hours on the desk completing their assigned work.

Even if they gym work or exercise to compensate the adverse health affect, it’s not going to work. They are actually at an increased risk for an early death.

In other words, a person who jogs or goes on the elliptical five times a week, but hangs out at a desk all day other than that are not going to be benefited by the former.

A study of the lifestyle habits of some 17,000 men and women opened the fact that those who sat for most of the day were 54% more likely to have heart problems as those who hardly ever sat.
Weight and work outs least matter in the case.
