A new study has suggested that taking caffeine can boost up your memory. This also helps to decrease your waistline as the solution lies in munching less and drinking a cup of coffee every day.

A team of researchers have found out that eating less can increase your memory. So if you are willing to skip desserts for a cup of coffee then can be beneficial for your brain.
This according to an Italian research that says if one starves then it can make your brain sharp and increase life span.
For years scientists have been trying to find out what is the phenomenon that improves health by cutting down on food intake.
They decided on concentrate on one protein which is known as CREB 1 which is said to be important for your brain.
This experiment was carried out by eminent researcher Giovambattista Pani who came to the conclusion that eating less help one to remember more and could still generate CRIB 1 in animals.This helped to add proteins to your brain.
It was concluded that calories of animals reduced to only 25-30 percent. But in humans this was 600 calories a day.
