Eating Rules To Make Your Digestion Easy

Do you end up your breakfast within a few minutes and gulps down glasses of water during your meal? Well, these habits may lead you many health related problems. Here are some golden rules you should remember while eating so that you get easy digestion and able to make your body fit.

Say No to Water: It’s good to avoid water during your meal. Try to take a glass of water after 2-3 minutes of your meal.

Don’t Distract Yourself: Focus on what you eat and avoid reading newspaper or watching TV while taking meal. Your interest towards your meal will make you energetic as your body will properly use the meal to regulate your body.

Chew Properly: Chew every bite is essential. If food is not properly chewed, it can be difficult to digest. Make sure that every bite is chewed for at least 20-30 times.
