Eva Longoria, Desperate Housewives star, was caught up in a car crash incident that took place last week.  Now, she has been threatened with a lawsuit by Roman Gasparyan  whose motorbike was collided with the actress car on Wednesday  when her driver was driving through Los Angeles.

The biker and the actress have got minor injuries in the crash but neither of them required hospitalization.

The biker, Gasparyan, is now threatening to take legal action against Eva and is alleging that the crash has given him back and neck pain, anxiety, severe headache and blood pressure complications. Also, he is claiming that the incident is her driver fault.

Gasparyan’s attorney Sanjay Sobti has confirmed to TMZ online a civil lawsuit will be filed against the actress this week.
