Forget Diet Plans: Judge Your Personality Type

Are you clambering to shed that extra pound of flesh after a strict diet plan? Then, forget this and pay heed to your personality type.
According to neuroscientist Dr. Daniel Amen, an eminent personality from the American Psychiatric Association, trying out extensive diet plan can be a killing of energy and time. They never seem to work out, unless the individual is determined to stick to it.
You should start self-awareness exercise instead of working out in gym. Then try to identify weakness and work out on what urges them to eat.
In a book written by Dr. Amen, five groups of eaters have been identified. These are compulsive eaters, emotional eaters, anxious eaters, compulsive-impulsive overeaters and impulsive eaters. He argues that each group should avoid certain type of food and eat the other types to shed weight.
He writes: “We looked at the brains of our overweight patients and discovered there was not one brain pattern associated with being overweight: there were at least five different types.
