Tripoli – Leader of Libya, muammar Gaddafi has delivered address telephonically through loudspeakers to supporters gathered in green square of Tripoli. He has warned NATO alliance to stop support for war or face a catastrophe.

Gaddafi said, “We advise you to retreat before you face a catastrophe… If we decide to, we are able to move to Europe like locusts, like bees.” He said people of Libya can take revenge to Europe if they support rebel forces.

Gaddafi said, “We can decide to treat you [Europe] in a similar way,” adding, “if we decide, we can also move it [the war] to Europe, to target your homes, offices, families, which would become legitimate military targets, like you have targeted our homes.”

“I advise you to ground your planes… and to hold discussions with the Libyan people”. He denounced attest warrant issued by international court of justice.

He gave some specific directions to supporters regarding French weapon drop. Foreign minister of france, Juppa said, “Civilians had been attacked by Gaddafi’s forces and were in an extremely vulnerable situation and that is why medicine, food and also weapons of self-defence were parachuted.”
