eight-glasses-a-day

It’s a common perception that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. But denying this, some health experts have ruled out the condition. According to Dr Margaret McCartney, there are no established evidences that we need this much of water.

Human beings are quite good at water regulation. Whenever they feel need to take fluid, a mechanism in our body makes us to have that. And the best drink is to have a clean and free tap water.

However, there are no established facts regarding quantity of required water intake.

Heinz Valtin, a physiologist from a medical school in US, says that there are no references for 8* 8 logic . Food and Nutrition Board has also suggested that the food we take contains a lot of fluid already.

Additional water intake improves skin tone, reduces infection in urinary tract, lessens fatigue, improves concentration and shoves off constipation. There is not any sound reason behind any of these statements.
