The PM of India dr manmohan singh said that he had nothing to conceal as far as the allocation of 2g spectrum was concerned. He further said that he would happily present himself before any enquiry by the public accounts committee [PAC] of the parliament.

In an address to the congress plenary, dr singh hit on the corruption and said that any person who was guilty as far as the 2g scam and the misappropriation in the commonwealth games is concerned.

The prime minister hit back at the CM of Karnataka, BS yadurappa, and said congress is not like the parties of opposition who retains their CMs after every scam.

Dr Singh said –

“As prime minister of this great country for six and a half years, I have tried to serve my country to be best of my ability. I sincerely believe that, like Ceaser’s wife, the prime minister should be above suspicion and it is for this reason that I am prepared to appear before the PAC even though there is no precedent to that effect.
