IBM (International business Machine) Corp is discussing to purchase network security provider Fortinet Inc, according to a report On 29 Oct. the discussion and decisions are pending till now and no one from IBM or Fortinet came to comment over this report.

According to the report Morgan Stanley is advising Fortinet and reports are still waiting for comments from IBM, Fortinet and Morgan Stanley.
