(8) India has offered free accommodation for all athletes for the game village and free transportation including free trip to Taj Mahal and reserved lane for participants in selected highway.

(1) The story twisted at the time of bidding only, reports are there that, India shifted the balance in its favor in the second round of voting with a promise that it would provide US$100,000 to each participating country, along with air tickets, boarding, lodging and transport.

(2) Reports are there that Game village is still not ready to accommodate athlete. 18 of 34 villages not fit for residing. Committee promises that it will be ready on time.

(3) Seasonal monsoon brought troubles to the country; Yamuna flooded and broke the record of 32 years. Water logging and mosquito breeding are its worst consequences.

(4) Nehru Stadium the main venue of the game witnessed distortion of bridge and false ceiling in its close vicinity.

(5) The worst part- a couple of tourist wounded in shootout near Jama Masjid. The terrorist group warns more attack, and suggest tourist to keep out of the game.

(6) Shivaji Stadium excluded from the list of venues, because it is not going to be ready on time.

(7) The roof of Yamuna Sports Complex spoiled due to heavy downpour.
