Jason Williams Gets Suspension For One Match

Orlando Magic player Jason Williams got a suspension for one match without any pay as he made contact with a referee, reports from league said on Friday. Magic scored an easy win against Wizards with a score of 112-83 in a match played on Thursday.

Williams got two technicals in this match when only one minute was left in it. He got the first tech for showing unhappiness towards a call that was against him.

At this moment, he turned towards match referee Tony Brothers and caught his arm. This is not acceptable under the rules of game. He was immediately given the second tech. The league later confirmed the suspension.

He would not be able to play the game against Heat on Friday because of this suspension. It is very disappointing for the player as only last minute was left in the game and his team was quite ahead of the opponents when he got suspension.
