Latest 3D Technology Introduced By Panasonic To Bollywood

Latest 3D TechnologyThe whole spectrum of 3D technology products brings Panasonic to India in a series dubbed Dimensions, with live demos and presentations of Panasonic’s 3D technology products range for the Indian entertainment industry and movies.

Panasonic has structured a two day caucus as a part of its series, Dimensions, which contains live demonstration, presentations and experimental zone at Yash Raj Films Studios to have the movies organization, including students, post production, what the audience will experience, gain firsthand knowledge of 3D movie making and exhibition.

President Panasonic India, Mr Daizo Ito, speaking on the occasion, that, “Panasonic has been the harbinger of new technology for several decades now. With the Indian creativity getting applauded across the world, it becomes imperative for Panasonic to make available the latest movie making and broadcast technology in India.”

Panasonic will provides entire 3D infrastructure, in its Endeavour to create 3D solutions, “camera to couch”, which offers program creators to create 3D content and patrons to see it on their 3D displays.

The systems of Panasonic are available for home viewing, movie making and everything in between – 3D Plasma Displays and projection systems for viewers, 3D compatible digital AV mixer and 3D LCD Video Monitor for editing, Blu-ray 3D authoring system, 3D camcorder for home videos and Panasonic Integrated Twin-lens 3D Camera for recording.

The Panasonic said that, the broadcasters are cognizant of this rising tendency too, Discovery, ESPN, Sony & IMAX in the US, France Orange & France Canal Plus in France, British Sky Broadcasting in the UK, and Japan Sky Perfect & Japan BS 11 in Japan have declared or have started broadcast of 3D programs.

The noted filmmaker, speaking at Dimensions Mr. Karan Johar, that, “I am so excited that the 3D technology is now available to film makers like myself. It will literally add a new dimension to our storey telling and creative expression.

We all acknowledge the influence of this medium and with 3D captivating the audience so much more, there is going to be a new revolution in movie making. And am sure the next 3D blockbuster movie like Avatar is going to come from India.”

Panasonic Brand Ambassador for Eco Ideas, Dia Mirza said further that, “I am supporting Panasonic to spread awareness on how technology can support the environmental cause. The 3D products are not only high on technology, but are eco-friendly also.”
