Five Minutes Test Could Detect Autism In Babies Aging One

Today U.S research said a five minute test could detect autism in babies aging 1 year. This developmental disorder starts in childhood and continues for whole life, but often it is not picked until the child grows older.
This test is beneficial because the children get into treatment earlier then they would otherwise, said by Karen Pierce study author from California University, San Diego. According to the NHS autism is a complex and mysterious disorder of brain and in UK it strikes one in hundred children and effects four times more boys than girls.
Usually it is first diagnosed in early childhood by the age of three and as per recent studies earlier diagnosis and treatment show better response. Professor Pierce said there is evidence that early therapy could have a positive impact on the brain. So if a child is diagnosed and treated for autism around his first birthday then there is enormous potential to change the outcomes.
