The fighting in Libya is almost close to an end. Though they could not find Gadhafi anywhere, NATO is willing to stay there to help the civilians ‘as long as it tales’.It is a phase of transition for Libya when the thrust is on ending the conflicts and to address the concerns of the victims of the war.

The country is at the verge of end of a war that is lasting over seven difficult months. The power is in the hands of the interim NTC government and its major ally is NATO.
