Reese Witherspoon is now known as Mrs. Toth as the glamorous actress married Jim Toth (40) A-List firm CAA agent early Saturday evening at her ranch in Ojai, Calif. However, the report of her marriage was confirmed by her rep to USMagazine.com.

It is the second marriage of the leading actress as she first married with Phillippe and divorced in 2007. In Jan 2010, Toth and Reese started dating with each other and their engagement news confirmed by one her reps on Dec. 28, 2010.

According to the rep, “the couple is very happy.”

About a week later, Reese flaunted her engagement ring which a 4-carat and around $250,000.

During their marriage ceremony, Reese was looking beautiful wearing a wedding dress designed by Monique Lhuillier. Of about 120 guests including her best friend, Heather Rosenfield and her kids with her ex-husband Phillippe, she exchanged ring and vows with Toth.

The ceremony ran for about 20 minutes and was officiated by Reverend Jimmy, founder of Thad’s church in Santa Monica.

According to her close pals, “the duo looks very happy and is the perfect match.”
