Foreign minister of Russia said that the circumstances in Syria look like a civil war. It defected after the soldiers attack in an army base. Sergei Lavrov suggested that Arab League should start their movements to stop the violence.

The violence stated after the dialogue between opposition parties and government. Arab League also suspended the Syria and gave 3 days of time to the government to stop this “bloody repression”.

Around twenty two members of the league said that Syria should allow a group of face sanctions or international observers.

The Arab League drew this plan at the beginning of this month and expressed to withdraw their tanks from tense cities. They told that they can resolve it by dialog. And their steps can save number of lives.

Mr. Assad became agree with the plan, but unable to follow it because of the violence. Alain Juppe, the foreign minister of France is going to Turkey to address about the crisis.

Since 2nd November, when the Arab League was initiative above 370 innocent people have been died. And as per the UN figures, above 3,500 people were killed since protect has started after March. Authorities of Syrian blamed the violence on militants and armed gangs.

Mr. Lavrov said “We see television reports that say some new force, the so-called Free Syrian Army I believe, organized an attack on a government building”.

He added to his statement that “It is necessary to stop violence no matter where it comes from. It is an important thing because violence in Syria comes not only from government structures”.
