Selena Gomez, the beautiful teen singer, has canceled her 2 gigs due to a family emergency.

The inspiring diva has pulled the plug on 2 festive-themed concerts which took place tonight and tomorrow. The report has been confirmed by E! Online.

According to Selena’s spokesman, Selena is fine and has canceled her 2 gigs due to a family emergency.

The one concert which she canceled was scheduled last night at the B96 Jingle Bash 2011 at the Allstate Arena outside of Chicago and another was 106.1 KISS FM’s Jingle Bell Bash at the WaMu Theater in Seattle.

Selena got to know about the family emergency while she was performing at a concert on Friday in Los Angeles. Right after her performance, she headed to her home.

What family emergency has forced the glam diva to cancel the gigs is yet to know. While E! Online tried to contact her spokesman, he didn’t immediately responded.
