Social Networking Sites Making Kids Dumper
From a survey taken from Australian parents that social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook are making teen web surfer dull.
New cyber-safety commissioned believes that the sites are affecting their children wellbeing.
According to a new research, about sixty five percent of parents reveal that social networking sites are making their children lethargic and distracting them in completing their homework.
On the other hand, a quarter of parents believe that these sites are affecting their kids’ tech-savvy activity. Children are spending most of time in searching and connecting with friends.
Dr. Martyn Wild, cyber safety expert says parents are unaware of what their children are doing online.
According to a research conducted by Newspoll, around 14 to 17-year-old teen are interested in a social network site.
