Washington: The famous Danish design studio, DIFFUS has produced a solar handbag. This unique handbag allows its user to charge their electronic devices with the help of solar energy.
The fashionable Solar Handbag has about 100 silicon solar cells weaved into conductive embroidery. It collects sunlight and produces 2 Watts of functional energy stored on a lithium-ion battery.
The power from battery can be used to charge mobile phones and can also light up optical fibers installed in the bag. These optical light is automatic and it turns on as the bag is opened, thus assisting the user in easily locating out things inside it.
DIFFUS is known for designing eco-friendly gadgets and daily use things. Few days ago, its famous climate dress was quite popular. The garment has sensors with LED censor installed in it. When more than 100 led lights glowed, it gives a very astounding look. The sensor woven in the garment detects CO2 from the air and transmits that information to a minute microprocessor already installed in the garments. The concentrations of the gas, decide the pulse of light and it glows in varying pattern.
