South East And London Offer Massive Job Opportunities To Graduates

London and South East are leading in recruitment for graduates with the offer of more than half of jobs in 2010-11, stated a new survey.
The research conducted by Association of Graduate Recruiters found around 45 percent vacancies in capital while the rest are carried by UK.
Raising new hopes, vacancies for graduates have slightly increased compared to last year and salaries have also edged upwards.
But with jobs clustered around capital, people living in countryside are unable to come to the place to grab these vast opportunities.
There are some sectors including construction, insurance, energy and transport offering less job opportunities for graduates.
Carl Gilleard, chief executive of the AGR, said: “I am cautiously optimistic about today’s findings, which provides a welcome indication that the graduate recruitment market is beginning to overcome the impact of the recession.”
