Start Your Day With Most Important Meal: Breakfast
Medical and Food research has always been supporting breakfast as the main nutritional food among all the meals of the day. It gives healthy lifestyle. And the finest way to begin the day is with a bowl of a hale and hearty cereal; it is nutritional and has minimal chance to turn you fatty.
Sigrid Gibson a nutritionist suggested some of the healthy breakfast. One is cereal with milk as it is a good resource of calcium and several other key nutrients, like fibre, carbohydrate and protein.
The research was conducted in Britain and the team examined 12,068 food records from National Diet and Nutrition Survey. It also interviewed British citizens ranging from 19- 64 ages. The results showed following reports….
- One in every five adults goes for no solid foods.
- One in every three choose cereals
- 45% of the total participant gets satisfaction from non-cereal breakfast.
- Tea, coffee was most popular as it saw choice of 84% people
- 82% of people liked milk in their breakfast
- 39% take cereal with milk
- 14% go on bread, fruits and butter
