A student who cheats in the examination and passes with good marks has a bad news for them. Cambridge University has come up with very high teach weapon against all those who cheat and proceed successfully through the examination.

This new computerized screening device ticker tapes when candidates get the same marks. And when the majority of the right question resembles with each other than the chances of getting caught are increased.

Prior to this screening test there was statistical analysis which is widely used in multiple-choice tests. Statistical analyses have so far proved very effective in catching cheats.

Cambridge Assessment who conduct English test said that they are very excited with the new tool of catching cheats and said that this will help to disseminate their information very clear in the mind that cheats are never tolerated.

The system permits assessors to maneuver and analyze data from the answer sheet. It just exposes any unusual pattern in answers by one to one question. While talking to media about the new technology spokesperson from Cambridge University said that “If two or three candidates are getting exactly the same marks for questions, then possible cases of cheating can be investigated. In the same way if lots of students are getting the same marks from one center than an investigation for malpractice can be set up.”

The technology is welcomed by most of the institute and colleges around the world.
