Tata Motors Owned Jaguar Reveals Electric Concept Car
An electric concept car has revealed by Tata Motors owned Jaguar that claimed to have capacity of run up to 900 Kms in only one full charge. The concept car named Christened C-X75 has top speed of 320 km/hr. according to Ian Callum, design director of Jaguar Cars, the car manufactured to celebrate 75 years of the company also he said that he was very “excited about the car and loved its design”, plus the car has all features that a Jaguar car should have.
Today 22 Nov the car would be put on display at the Los Angles Auto Show.
Callum said, “It possesses remarkable poise and grace yet at the same time has the excitement and potency of a true supercar. This is as close to a pure art form as a concept car and get and is a worthy homage to 75 years of iconic Jaguar design.”
The Top executives of Jaguar insist that C-X75 was only a concept car and it is not for profitable sale, while they have been receiving number of inquiries from its potential customers.
The car has been made up with lightweight aluminum panels and chassis and it is a 4 wheel drive car. It has 145 kw electric motor at all wheels, pair of micro gas turbines that offers another 140 kw of charge and extends the range to 900 Km.
It can reach 0 to 100 in 3 seconds.
Earlier it was displayed at the Paris Auto show recently.
