40 year old hit US TV show ‘Top Chef’ host Padma Lakshmi celebrated her daughter’s first birthday with a trip to the Bahamas.

The Indian Origin models toned figure proved that motherhood has not ruined her famous figure.

Healthy drinks like green or jasmine tea instead of fattening sodas is what she tweeted were the secret to her svelte figure. The Top Host also added a link to the New York Academy of Sciences for their Nutrition Initiative as she has recently been associated with them.

The celebrity host has also been in news recently because of the custody battle over her daughter Krishna Thea with the baby’s father Adam Dell, the brother of computer giant Michael Dell. Adam recently filed a lawsuit seeking full custody of the baby.

Lakshmi was earlier married to author Salman Rushdie and is said to be currently in a relationship with IMG boss Ted Forstmann.
