Two Columbian Priests Hired Their “Own Killers”
Father Richard Piffano, 37 and Father Rafael Reatiga, 35 were found shot and dead in a car in last year January 2011. Reports suggest that they hired gunmen to kill themselves after one of them was reportedly suffering from Aids.
Though their relatives think that it was an armed robbery and they have denied that these two priests were involved in gay relationship.

Investigation said that people in the capital city of Bogota thinks that they were brutally killed. But, after the breaking of the news that one of them were suffering from the silent killer disease HIV, they agreed to commit a suicide pact.
They paid $8500 to the hit men. They themselves were not in a position to kill their own selves.
These two priests were friends since their training as monk and used to take part in services together. As Catholic Churches find prohibits suicide and homosexual acts, they were not in a situation to open them after from the closet.
It’s reported that both of these Father hired the gunmen in order to kill them and give it a garb of an armed robbery. Their relatives are still in the thought that they were really killed in an attempt to get justice.
Before committing their suicide pacts they wished their parishioners to pray for them and to pray for Santa Marta, that they may be salvaging their souls after death.
