United States Suffers Low Life Expectancy
In spite of leading in t he treatment for cancer and heart diseases, United States is not being able to control the high rate of mortality. This is the finding of a new study. Life expectancy of men and women has risen up for United States in the last few decades.
However, other developed countries have moved ahead in expected years of life people of and over age 50 and their overall life expectancy. This is what has been said in the 194-page report made by a panel of the National, Research Council, of the National Academics.
Most of the Americans lead a sedentary life. They are vying with the people of Poland for the status of leading in this category. United States is followed by Italy, Spain and England. With the exception of Japan, the epidemic of being overweight extends to the developed world.
United States is t the top here. It is followed by Canada, Australia and England. The situation gets worst when the risks of obesity show up in the form of diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
