Volcano In Indonesia Shows Signs Of Eruption For The Second Time

Volcano In IndonesiaAs per the officials there is a danger that is emerging on the mount sinabung in the Indonesian island of Sumatra. The volcano faces eruption for the second time. So far, 20 thousand people are evacuated because of this.

The reports of Volcanology and Geological Disaster Mitigation Centre said –

Sinabung’s second eruption occurred at 6:30 am (2330 GMT Sunday), belching a column of smoke up to 2,000 metres into the sky.

By Sunday morning, the number of refugees has reached to a scale of 21054. The number will definitely increase in case the situation becomes severe in the days to come.

Surono, the head of the directorate said –

Previously, there was no significant activity at the Mount Sinabung volcano, so the monitoring did not take priority since the 1600s.

Indonesia is considered as one of the most dangerous nations as far as volcanic eruptions and ecological disorders like tsunamis are considered. This belt is very active for such calamities.
