Women Sitting For More Than Six Hours Daily Are at 40 Percent More Risk of Death

It is revealed by a news study that women who sit for more than 6 hours routinely are more likely at a risk of early death and it cannot be reversed by any exercise. Daily mail reports that as per a study women sitting for more than 6 hours daily are having 40 percent more risk of death compared to those women who sits just for less than three hours routinely.
As per the researchers of American Cancer Society who over a period of 14 years looked at 123,000 people’s health compared to women the figure for men are 20 percent. The study said sitting for long duration increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, depression, diabetes, and obesity and so on. These diseases slowly start affecting the body severely which later cause death.
It is also said that sitting for long duration can cause significant damage to your health which is not possible to be countered by exercising. Due to this result sitting for long period and smoking are put in the same bracket.
