This New Year might bring loads of reasons to cheer up. According to experts, companies are planning to recruit more than 5 lakh employees in 2012 in spite of doomed economic scenario.

Employees can expect double digit salary hikes adding plethora of jobs in every segment. If everything is fine and betting on the government policies as well market situation, there will be number of opportunities for job seekers.
Last year, the job scenario in India went through tough times due to credit crunch. But presently it has come out of it as most of the organizations have opted for an optimistic approach. So job experts believe that, this will show a rise.
Monika Tripathi- Vice President of Elixir Consulting firm opines that IT-ITes sector alone will generate as many as 3 lakh jobs in 2012. She expects the hiring activity to increase at all levels.
MNCs are planning to increase their entities from abroad as well as technological investments. This brings in a bright prospect for domestic as well international companies across India especially in IT and ITES sector.
Apart from all these, job opportunities is also expected to grow in healthcare, defence, hospitality and consumer durable sector.
According to the CEO and founder of executive research firm Symbiosis Management Consultants-Vijay Grover, this will give a boost to automobile as well real estate industry. Even these spheres are going to see some hiring.
Speaking on similar grounds even Richie Madan, the Executive Director at Elixir Consulting says that there is huge demand for talented lots across various industries in India. Other industries like Hospitality, Aviation, Catering BFSI, Retail, FMCG sectors would pick up pace by mid of 2012.
